About the Role

Virtuwise is looking for a skilled and experienced SEO Specialist to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing SEO strategies aimed at improving search engine rankings, increasing organic traffic, and supporting overall marketing performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify high-value opportunities
• Develop and implement effective on-page and off-page SEO strategies
• Monitor and analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics and Google Search Console
• Perform regular technical SEO audits and resolve identified issues
• Collaborate with the content team to produce SEO-optimized content
• Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm changes, and best practices
• Track, analyze, and report on SEO performance with actionable insights
• Align SEO strategies with broader marketing initiatives
• Analyze competitors’ SEO strategies and adjust tactics accordingly

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in SEO (preferably in a similar role)
• Proven track record of improving rankings and driving organic traffic
• Strong knowledge of:
• • Keyword research
  • On-page and off-page SEO
  • Technical SEO fundamentals
• Solid understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors
• Hands-on experience with tools such as:
• • Google Analytics
  • Google Search Console
  • SEMrush / Ahrefs / Moz
• Experience working with CMS platforms and website optimization
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently
